Team collaboration is critical to success in research-based startups, yet it is one of the dynamics we know very little about.
This is the reason why Open Entrepreneurship decided to take a closer look at what is needed for the potential of well-functioning teams to be realized in relation to the establishment of research-based startups.

The purpose of this folder is to highlight the most important conclusions about team collaboration in relation to research-based startups in an easier-to-access form, so that the results of the study can more easily be used as tools and inspiration in the forward-looking work of establishing the optimal teams – and to ensure that the team has the best opportunities to collaborate and tackle challenges. Each section ends with questions for reflection.
